UPDATE - 9/10/12 5:55PM - We are seeing most DNS requests resolve properly and it appears most domain names hosted at GoDaddy are working again. Due to the severe nature of this outage and the underlying DNS system, it may take several hours for all systems to return to normal.
If your domain name is hosted by GoDaddy.com then you may be experiencing a loss of service. At approximately 1PM CDT, GoDaddy's DNS systems were attacked and taken offline. DNS is the underlying system that allows all domain names to function properly. Without DNS, computers and servers are unable to resolve names like "trioptek.com" or other domain names that you or your company may own.
We are monitoring the situation closely, and will post updates here as we find out more information. Unfortunately this type of system failure is far outside of our control.
