COMPLETED: Network Maintenance Scheduled - June 20, 2012 - 10PM CDT

UPDATE 6/21/12 - 10:30AM CDT - All maintenance was successfully completed during the maintenance window earlier this morning (6/21/12).  Services were restored in a rolling schedule with all services operational again by 1:30AM CDT on 6/21/12.  We appreciate your patience and understanding during this maintenance.  If you have any further questions please submit a support ticket to support@trioptek.net.  Maintenance is now completed and no further downtime is planned.  
 

UPDATE: 6/20/12 - 10:25PM CDT - We are now beginning to shut down our primary routers and servers.  During this time, services may be unavailable.  We are working as quickly as possible to restore services.  We will update this ticket again once additional progress is made. 

 

MAINTENANCE ANNOUNCEMENT - Wednesday, June 20, 2012 - 10PM CDT: 

Trioptek Solutions, Inc. will be performing scheduled network and server maintenance on Wednesday, June 20, 2012.  This maintenance window will begin at 10PM CDT and will last for approximately 1 to 3 hours.  During this time we will be performing scheduled system upgrades and network enhancements to increase our service levels and ensure continued service uptime for our customers.

During this maintenance, the following services may be interrupted: 

1. Smartermail Email services

2. Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and Dedicated Servers

3. Storegrid Offsite Backup services

4. Website and Blog/Wordpress Hosting

We will be working diligently to minimize downtime and impact to any of the services listed above.  Trioptek strives to deliver maximum uptime and service reliability.  During 2011, we achieved a 99.99% uptime rating which is well above industry average.  We understand that uptime is critical to our customers and we apologize for any inconvenience this maintenance may cause you.  We also understand that without proper maintenance and attention, network systems and server resources could suffer resulting in unplanned downtime and service interruption for our clients.
