Change is inevitable, and as a growing company, we are having to deal with it more and more every day. For over 10 years, we have been working with our clients in the areas of system administration and support, network administration, computer support, hosted services, equipment sales and service... we have tried to help our clients any way possible. As time has gone on, we have grown considerably and supporting our clients has gotten more difficult. In the past, we encouraged our clients to contact us in any way that was easy for them - phone, email, text, IM... we were able to handle the load. Unfortunately, those days are nearing an end... and we are having to grow up and adopt a more structured system for everyone's benefit.
As of June 1, 2011, we are asking all clients to please submit any support related requests thru our Support Center (what you are looking at right now). This system has been carefully chosen and setup to ensure an easy and pleasant support experience, while helping us manage a larger number of support requests more efficiently. All of the support options feed into one system, and will allow us to handle your requests in a much faster and organized manner.
We know change is hard, and we certainly don't mean to inconvenience anyone so we hope you will help us make this transition.
